Build
Producing the application, and testing it with your data.
Test & Tune
Training on the use of the application. Testing system units and the whole system with appropriate volumes of data to simulate full use.
Deploy
Transfer from the controlled system test environment into the real world environment. Validation of results and performance.
Review
Measurement of the system in use. Comparison with the agreed objectives.
