Managed Services
Opal Wave provides application and technical managed support services, delivered by a dedicated support team. You don’t even need to have worked with us during the implementation phase, as long as your system passes some basic requirements, we’ll support you.
Our managed services are delivered through a customer-accessible support system which allows our you to log, monitor and report on support activities online 24 hours a day.
The online system is backed up by our professional support staff who understand your technical environment and who can provide both remote and, if required, onsite support activity, in order to swiftly resolve technical support issues.
We offer three package options:
Bronze: For the typical client who has a light support requirement.
Silver: For a client with critical, time sensitive solutions where a greater degree of responsiveness is necessary.
Gold: For the client who needs uninterrupted access to their solutions and requires an ongoing presence from a consultant on site, to maintain their solutions. The Gold solution is available only as a combined technical and application support package.
Our managed services offer excellent value for money, providing you with the assurance you need that your applications will be available when required, and if anything does go wrong, that help will be on hand from an experienced consultant, to quickly resolve the issue.
By monitoring our clients’ systems and reviewing related activities, Opal Wave provides pro-active support to our clients. This enables us to identify issues earlier and implement required actions to reduce the likelihood of further issues in the future and, consequently to provide a more stable platform for your applications.
Additionally, we review new releases, hot-fixes, patches and service packs of both SAP BPC and Microsoft SQL Server, so we are able to provide best guidance to you on when these should be installed. Each quarter we will do a cumulative update, ensuring our customers remain on the most current software.
