Many of our people have worked within software companies such as OutlookSoft, SAP, Hyperion and Cognos (IBM) before they came to Opal Wave.

Simon is a published expert and industry speaker on Performance Management with a specific focus on strategic alignment, planning, budgeting and forecasting. With extensive knowledge of performance management technology, Simon has led the delivery of many of the most complex performance management projects in the UK over the last 15 years leading BPM Partners in Europe and working for vendors such as Hyperion.

Ivor Herman
Commercial Director
Ivor has over 20 years experience of working with performance management technologies gained from working for Hyperion, BPM Partners, OutlookSoft and SAP. He has assisted numerous organisations in, not only defining their performance management strategy, but also in selecting and implementing performance management solutions. Prior to joining Opal Wave Ivor was the Services Director at OutlookSoft/SAP.

Ahtishaam has a breadth and depth of experience in software consulting built over 13 years working on implementation projects with leading organisation of varying sizes both domestically and international. Prior to joining Opal Wave, Ahtishaam has held senior positions at OutlookSoft/SAP, CODA plc, and Kana Inc.
Fouad El Hage

Fouad is a highly experienced consultant who has delivered statutory & management reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting and other performance management applications over many years. He leads the Opal Wave applications consulting team with a specific focus on the SAP BPC product and managing the skills development of the team.
